Voucher Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Dormouse Haven. These Terms and Conditions apply to all gift vouchers issued by Dormouse Haven Restaurant & Tea Room. By purchasing, redeeming, or using a voucher, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Voucher Redemption

1.1. Vouchers must be redeemed by the expiry date printed on the voucher.
1.2. Vouchers must be presented in their original physical form when visiting Dormouse Haven. Screenshots, photocopies, or digital reproductions will not be accepted.
1.3. Redemption is subject to availability, and advance booking is essential. Please mention your voucher when making your reservation.

2. Validity

2.1. Each voucher clearly states a “Valid Until” date, after which it will expire and cannot be extended or exchanged.
2.2. Vouchers cannot be replaced or reissued once expired.
2.3. Expired vouchers hold no monetary or service value.

3. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

3.1. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of payment.
3.2. Vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the named recipient(s) only.

4. Booking Requirements

4.1. Advance booking is required for all voucher redemptions. Walk-ins may not be accepted.
4.2. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Dormouse Haven.
4.3. Dormouse Haven reserves the right to restrict booking times for special events or seasonal occasions.

5. Lost or Damaged Vouchers

5.1. Dormouse Haven accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
5.2. Replacement vouchers will not be issued under any circumstances.

6. Alterations & Substitutions

6.1. Dormouse Haven reserves the right to alter or substitute the experience or menu included in the voucher without prior notice, due to seasonal availability or operational reasons.
6.2. Any substituted service will be of equal or greater value.

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking made using a voucher, at least 48 hours’ notice must be given.
7.2. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the voucher being forfeited.

8. Misuse & Fraud

8.1. Vouchers must not be sold or resold without prior written consent from Dormouse Haven.
8.2. Dormouse Haven reserves the right to refuse redemption if a voucher is suspected of being duplicated, altered, or obtained fraudulently.

9. General

9.1. Dormouse Haven reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
9.2. Use of a voucher signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
9.3. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
